How quickly can you get started?

Can you work alongside our internal team or another partner?

Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We operate on a flexible, time and materials model with no long-term commitments required. You can engage us for a single issue or keep us on for ongoing support.
Can you support small or midsized teams?
Yes. Whether you’re a five-person accounting team or a growing company with complex ERP needs, we adjust our support to fit your size and goals.
What kinds of support do you offer?
We provide everything from troubleshooting and training to system upgrades, migrations, custom development, reporting, and integrations. Most clients use us to fill a gap, drive a project forward, or improve performance in one or more areas.
Do you work on both ERP and CRM systems?
Yes. We support ERP systems like NAV, Business Central, GP, AX, and F&O, as well as CRM systems within Dynamics CE. We also help connect ERP and CRM systems for a more unified experience.
Can you help us migrate from GP, NAV, or AX?
Absolutely. We’ve helped many clients transition to Business Central or F&O with full planning, data migration, module mapping, and training support.
Do you offer reporting help?
Yes. We build and refine Jet Reports, SmartList customizations, and Power BI dashboards. We also help automate reports that have traditionally been manual.
Are you able to create custom workflows and automations?
Yes. We often build custom workflows within Dynamics environments and integrate Power Automate or Power Apps to help teams save time and reduce manual steps.
How do you typically bill for services?
Most work is billed monthly on a time and materials basis. For scoped-out projects, we can also arrange milestone billing or fixed-fee pricing where appropriate.
Can you scale up support if we expand or go live with a new system?
Yes. Many clients begin with a specific task or issue, then expand support as their system grows. We can scale with you, whether you need part-time help or full project support.
What is it like to work with your team?

Can you help us upgrade from Dynamics NAV to Business Central?
Yes. We’ve supported dozens of NAV to BC migrations, including version assessments, historical data decisions, and phased go-lives. We also offer training for users adjusting to the new interface.
We’re still running Dynamics GP. Can you help us extend its life?
Definitely. Many of our clients are staying on GP for the time being. We help optimize performance, build better reporting, support integrations, and provide ongoing support until you’re ready to migrate.
Is Business Central a good fit for smaller teams?
Yes. Business Central is cloud-based, scalable, and ideal for growing organizations. We help clients configure it to suit their size, goals, and budget without overengineering the setup.
Do you support Jet Reports and SmartList?
We do. Whether you need help building from scratch, modifying existing reports, or automating data pulls, we can support Jet Reports, SmartList Builder, and Power BI.
Can you support our on-prem NAV environment?
Yes. We continue to support all versions of Dynamics NAV, from early 2009 releases through NAV 2018. We can help maintain, optimize, or prepare for a future upgrade to BC when the time is right.
